Admission Requirements
- To be admitted to the Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) Degree Course, a student should fill in the application form provided by the college.

To be eligible for admission, the applicant should have successfully completed:
- The Pre-Degree Course or its equivalent;
- The Bachelor of Philosophy (B.Ph.) course, or a two/three-year course of philosophy in a religious studentate or major seminary;

The following are required at the time of admission:
- Two attested photocopies each of the complete mark list and certificate of the Philosophy course in A4 size.
- Two attested photocopies of the mark list and certificate of the Pre-Degree course or its equivalent, and other relevant mark lists and certificates such as the B.A. etc., in A4 size.
- Three passport-size photographs and six stamp-size photographs.
- To be admitted to the Master of Theology (M.Th.) Degree Course, a student should fill in an application form provided by the college.

To be eligible for admission, the applicant should possess a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) Degree.
Those who have not obtained a degree in theology should have:
- completed a two/three-year course of Philosophy in a religious studentate or major seminary.
- completed the B.Th. Course in a studentate of Theology or seminary; or a three-year course of Theological Reflection. Those who do not possess a recognized Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) Degree will be required to undergo a qualifying examination.

The following are required at the time of admission:
- Two attested photocopies each of the complete mark list and certificate of the Philosophy course, in A4 size.
- Two attested photocopies of the mark list and certificate of the B. Th Course, in A4 size.
- Three passport-size photographs and ten stamp-size photographs.
- Pre-University Course OR its equivalent
- An adequte knowledge of the English Language
- Candidate must be between the age-group of 21-50.
- Candidate must have sufficient knowledge of the English language.
- Candidates who are priests or deacons need to join the course only from 1st September 2010, as the first phase of the course will deal with basic courses in theology.
- Basic qualification is P.U.C/Plus Two. Preference will be given to Graduates.
- This is a residential Course.
- Some basic theological knowledge. Those who have had a juniorate course for the Congregations of Brothers and Women religious can satify this
- Working knowledge of English because the medium of instruction will be English
- The candidates will pay a total fee of Rs. 15,000/- for 12 weeks, including board, lodge, tuition fee and lecture notes
Entrance Exam
Candidates who have completed the above requirement will have to appear for the entrance examination which will be conducted by the college in the month of May
